Be Prepared for Mood Swings
Your hormones were riding at an all-time high during your pregnancy, but now that the baby has come into the world, your body is trying to find that right balance again, which means a drastic drop and potential mood swings.
It is very common for mothers to experience baby blues after the birth of their babies. It doesn’t necessarily mean something is wrong, though it seems like there should be with the amount of sadness and tears some mothers experience.
It only becomes a serious problem if you start noticing that your baby is being neglected or if you begin to have thoughts of self-harm or harming your baby. You need to keep an open line of communication with others so they can help you and seek help if needed.
